Something that not many people touch on is the fact that Bullet For My Valentine smartly structured their songs in a palatable fashion. Outside of “Tears Don’t Fall” and “The End”, all tracks clock in under 4:07 – putting to rest the problem of heavier forms of metal sometimes not being accessible to outside audiences.

In any case, what I'm getting at here, is that British based metal quartet Bullet For My Valentine are most definitely, a mediocre band at best. Back a couple of years ago, they released a somewhat promising EP which won the hearts of hundreds of scene kids across Britain.

Bullet For My Valentine - Knives. this makes me think of a metalcore version of Machine Head. Which means yes, it is heavy as hell. They actually delivered on their promise this time. Well done lads. Wow that's a great comparison, parts of it really do sound like Machine Head.
